Refunds & Exchanges

*If there are any issues with your order please contact us by sending an email to info@jadorecandlesandmore.com.  Responses will ben sent within 24-48 hours.

*Refunds are available within 7 days of receiving products, must be in original packaging and in good condition.  If outside of those 7 days then an exchange for a equal product can be made. Please provide a picture of the damaged product.
